Due to the Hygiene factor involved in our products, the products are non refundable. However, in case you have received an incomplete or wrong or broken or damaged or used or tampered product, we will accept a return and give you full refund. To be eligible for the refund under the above situation, here are the policies: Customer has to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery via Email id given below: Email id: contact@onmobeauty.com Customer needs to be willing to provide the images, videos as and when asked regarding the claim. Product packaging, labels and tags need to be present at the time of return. If all the above policies are followed, we will send for a reverse pickup to your shipping address registered at the time of order. Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if: The return request is made outside the specified time frame The product is made to order or personalized. Outside the above given reasons, we do not accept any return requests. Once a successful claim is registered and we receive the product along with packaging and tags, a refund will be initiated within 15 working days towards your mode of payment/store credit as per your preference. Please allow another 8-10 working days for the reversed credit to reflect in your payment mode due to bank policies.
